  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1 cup red pepper chunks (1 inch)
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
  • 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

    Thread first 4 ingredients alternately onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.

    Pour dressing over kabobs; turn to evenly coat kabobs.

    Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

    Heat grill to medium heat.

    Drain kabobs; discard marinade.
