  • 2 lb. boneless sirloin
  • 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. plain yogurt

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Remove all fat from meat and cut into 1-inch cubes.

    Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat.

    Brown meat on all sides, about 1/4 at a time.
