  • 3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. paprika
  • 6 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 6 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cook roast at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours with salt, pepper and cloves of garlic or garlic salt.

    Remove all fat and shred beef in Dutch oven.

    Saute onion in small frying pan and add to beef when tender.
