- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 1 c. ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
Directions

1Brown the meat on both sides in a large pan.

2Lower the heat and add the chopped onion and celery.

3Cover and cook over a low heat until the meat leaves the bones.

4Remove fat and gristle and shred the meat.

5You may prefer to remove the fat prior to cooking so the broth can be used in the sauce.
