- 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle catsup (small)
- 1 c. pickle relish
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1Cover meat with water; add 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

2Simmer slowly until meat is very tender and can be pulled apart with a fork (approximately 2 to 3 hours).

3Drain liquid from meat and tear apart with fork until fine.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Simmer a few minutes more to blend flavors.

6Serve on hamburger buns.
