  • 1 pound Bacon
  • 1 can (8 oz. size) Whole Water Chestnuts, Drained
  • 1/4 cups Hoisin Sauce

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 F.

    Cut the bacon slices in half down the center.

    Roll up each water chestnut in a 1/2 slice of bacon.

    Secure with a toothpick.

    Brush with hoisin sauce.

    Place in a baking dish or parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet.

    Cook for 35 minutes total, or until bacon fat has rendered.

    Flip the rumaki half way through cooking.

    Serve immediately.
