- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 can (8 oz. size) Whole Water Chestnuts, Drained
- 1/4 cups Hoisin Sauce
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400 F.

2Cut the bacon slices in half down the center.

3Roll up each water chestnut in a 1/2 slice of bacon.

4Secure with a toothpick.

5Brush with hoisin sauce.

6Place in a baking dish or parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet.

7Cook for 35 minutes total, or until bacon fat has rendered.

8Flip the rumaki half way through cooking.

9Serve immediately.
