- 8 oz. Catalina brand French dressing
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. stuffed olives
- 18 small onions
- 8 small whole potatoes
- 3 to 4 lb. pot roast
Directions

1Brown a 3 to 4 pound pot roast in 1/4 cup dressing.

2Add remaining dressing and 1/2 cup water.

3Cover and cook slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

4Add stuffed olives, onions and potatoes.

5Cook 45 minutes more or until meat and vegetables are tender.

6Yields 6 to 8 servings.
