- 1 jar Kraft barbecue sauce
- 1 c. wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lea & Perrins (few drops)
Directions

1Place brisket in roaster or Dutch oven.

2Mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket.

3Add water to cover brisket. Bake at 300° to 325° until tender (about 6 hours).
