  • 4 -6 lbs beef brisket
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce, extra horseradish
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 12 cups beef stock
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 lb small potato

Directions

    Place brisket in roasting pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.

    turn oven down to 300.

    stir up all ingredients and pour on top of meat and add water to almost cover.

    cover and return to oven

    cook for hour per pound

    pull out, allow to cool and slice.
