- 4 -6 lbs beef brisket
- 1 (8 ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce, extra horseradish
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 12 cups beef stock
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 lb small potato
Directions

1Place brisket in roasting pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.

3turn oven down to 300.

4stir up all ingredients and pour on top of meat and add water to almost cover.

5cover and return to oven

6cook for hour per pound

7pull out, allow to cool and slice.
