  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 (5 to 7 lb.) trimmed beef brisket
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper
  • barbecue sauce

Directions

    Combine liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion and celery salt. Pour mixture over meat and rub in.
