  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 8 lb. brisket

    Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over brisket. Marinate all day or overnight.
