  • 1 Tbsp. powdered garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered lemon pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. water

    Mix and marinate brisket overnight in a cooking bag.

    Cook about 4 hours for 6 pound brisket in oven at about 300°.
