- 5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
- 1 jar chili sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 large onion, quartered
- new potatoes and carrots
Directions

1Place brisket in roasting pan.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt. Rub chili sauce over meat and sprinkle with dry onion soup, spreading evenly.

3Add enough water to cover bottom of pan. Place onion around roast.

4Cover and bake at 350° for about 4 hours.

5During last hour, add whole new potatoes and carrots.
