Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. brisket
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of soy sauce
  • heaping tsp. brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put some on the bottom of brisket and the rest over the top.

    Seal tightly in foil and bake in slow oven at 325° for 3 hours or until tender.
