- 5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
- 1 large jar soy sauce
- 1 can (1 1/4 c.) beef broth
- juice from 1 lemon or bottled lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine soy sauce, beef broth, lemon juice and salt.

2Pierce meat with a fork.

3Place in glass pan.

4Pour liquid over meat and marinate overnight.

5Pour off marinade.

6Wrap brisket in foil, sealing well.

7Bake at 300° for 5 hours.

8Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight.

9Slice when cold.
