  • 2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 3 oz. Worcestershire
  • 1 or 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. cracked pepper
  • 3 oz. liquid smoke

    Pierce meat with fork.

    Place on heavy-duty foil.

    Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire over brisket.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Wrap tightly.

    Place in pan with tight lid.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake in slow 250° oven for 5 to 6 hours.
