  • 4 oz. liquid smoke
  • onion salt
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • celery salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
  • 6 oz. barbecue sauce

    Place brisket in baking pan and sprinkle with tenderizer, liquid smoke, celery

    Pour Worcestershire and Tabasco over it.

    Cover and bake 5 hours in 275° oven . Add barbecue
