- 4 to 5 lb. or more beef brisket
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- seasoned salt to taste
Directions

1Place brisket in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Mix all other ingredients and pour over.

3Seal with foil and bake for 3 hours at 325°. Slice thin when cool and reheat.

4Great with mashed potatoes, noodles or on hard rolls as sandwiches.
