Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 lb. or more beef brisket
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • seasoned salt to taste

Directions

    Place brisket in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix all other ingredients and pour over.

    Seal with foil and bake for 3 hours at 325°. Slice thin when cool and reheat.

    Great with mashed potatoes, noodles or on hard rolls as sandwiches.
