  • 1 brisket, trimmed and thawed
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 small bottles liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Rub into meat.

    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, turning once. Rinse off meat and coat with favorite barbecue sauce.

    Bake covered with fat side up 6 hours at 275°.
