  • 1 kilogram beef sirloin cut thinly
  • 1 cup pear juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • honey Some
  • 1 onion medium, cut up.
  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • sesame oil Some
  • 3 ginger coins of, grated
  • shiitake mushrooms cut up.
  • carrots Julienned
  • roasted sesame seeds

    1. With the beef, combine all the marinade mixture and let it set overnight in fridge.
