  • 3 lb. beef, cubed top round
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
  • 2 cans mushroom soup (do not dilute soup)

Directions

    Mix together and put in casserole.

    Cook at 300° for 3 hours or 350° for 1 hour.

    Add small can sliced mushrooms before serving.

    Serve on noodles.
