- 3 lb. beef, cubed top round
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 2 cans mushroom soup (do not dilute soup)
Directions

1Mix together and put in casserole.

2Cook at 300° for 3 hours or 350° for 1 hour.

3Add small can sliced mushrooms before serving.

4Serve on noodles.
