- 1 -ounce saffron simple syrup, recipe follows
- 1 -ounce fresh lemon juice
- Splash club soda
- Lemon peel, for garnish
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron
Directions

1Fill a cocktail shaker with some ice.

2Add gin, simple syrup and fresh lemon juice.

4Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with a splash of club soda.

5Garnish with a lemon peel.

6In a sauce pan over high heat, combine all the ingredients.

7Bring to a boil, and when sugar is fully dissolved remove from the heat.
