- 4 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Burgundy
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 small whole white onions
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp, removing crumbles.

2Brown beef in drippings (if bacon is very greasy, pour off grease).

3Add soup, wine, parsley and pepper.

4Cover; cook over low for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

5Add onions and mushrooms.

6Cover and cook 1 hour more. Serve over wide noodles and top with bacon.
