  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. stew beef
  • 3/4 c. Burgundy wine
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Combine soup with wine and pour over beef in large pan.

    Cover and bake in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours.

    Add water if need additional liquid after first hour.
