  • 2 lb. lean round steak
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 6 to 8 Tbsp. Burgundy wine
  • 1 pkg. dry onion mix

Directions

    Put meat in bottom of casserole. Cover with soup; add wine. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250°. Stir once. Serve over rice or noodles.
