- 1 12 lbs sirloin tip steaks
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500 ml your favorite red wine
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in
- hot water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook rice first and let stand.

2Pour olive into skillet and heat up.

3Add sirloin tips; let brown.

4Add onions and garlic.

5Once beef, garlic, and onions are cooked, add 1 1/2 cups of the wine.

6Let simmer for 5 minutes.

7Add sour cream.

8As wine cooks out, add more; blend well.

9Add cornstarch.

10Let simmer until thickened.
