- 2 lb. bacon
- 1 c. red onions, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 3 to 4 eggs
- fresh Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti. In large skillet, cook bacon.

2Pour off fat. Remove bacon.

3Saute onions and pepper in butter.

4Stir in cooked spaghetti.

5Add crumbled bacon. Add eggs and stir until eggs are done.

6Mix well. Put on plates and add Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

7Serves 4 hungry people.
