- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 kg chuck steak, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 button mushrooms, sliced
- 12 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup red wine
- 12 cup beef stock
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and black pepper.

2Coat the beef cubes in the seasoned flour.

3Heat olive oil in frying pan and brown the beef cubes.

4Place the beef and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker.

5Mix and combine well.

6Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
