  • 14 cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 kg chuck steak, diced into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 12 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 12 cup beef stock

    Combine flour, salt and black pepper.

    Coat the beef cubes in the seasoned flour.

    Heat olive oil in frying pan and brown the beef cubes.

    Place the beef and remaining ingredients into the slow cooker.

    Mix and combine well.

    Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
