  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Burgundy or red cooking wine
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms

    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bake in covered casserole dish for 4 to 5 hours at 250°.

    Add mushrooms last hour. Serve over rice.
