  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c. Burgundy wine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • hot cooked noodles
