- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 1/2 or 2 c. canned mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. red cooking wine (Burgundy; more can be added)
- salt and pepper
- ketchup and water if needed
Directions

1Cut beef into small pieces (not thick).

2Cook in 2 tablespoons of melted oleo in shallow baking dish for 30 to 40 minutes until well browned.
