- 1/2 pound bacon, cut into small pieces
- 3 pounds beef sirloin, cut into cubes
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 soup can of burgundy wine
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon.

2Remove from pan.

3Flour beef and brown in bacon drippings.

4When browned, remove excess fat and add all ingredients to the pot.

5Cover, bake 2 1/2 hours in a preheated 350 degree oven.

6Serve over buttered noodles.
