  • 2 c. chopped up leftover roast beef or more
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 3 sticks chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • a few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

    Cook onion, pepper and celery in oleo until clear.

    Add roast beef and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in soups, water and sauces. Pour into casserole.

    Bake at 325° about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
