- 2 c. chopped up leftover roast beef or more
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 3 sticks chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- a few drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Cook onion, pepper and celery in oleo until clear.

2Add roast beef and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in soups, water and sauces. Pour into casserole.

3Bake at 325° about 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
