- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 8 oz. wide noodles
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1In skillet, brown ground beef.

2Stir in tomato sauce and heat. Cook noodles as in directions; drain and mix with 1 teaspoon butter.

3Combine cheeses, onion and pepper.

4Butter 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

5Line with half of the noodles.

6Cover with cheese mixture.

7Add rest of noodles.

8Pour melted butter over top, then pour meat mixture over all.

9Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven.

10Serves 8 to 10.
