- 2 lb. round steak
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Cut steak into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in a 2-quart casserole and cover tightly.

3Bake for 3 hours.

4Stir in sour cream and serve over rice or noodles.
