- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 8 oz. coconut
- 1 sm box vanilla wafers
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well. Add pecans & Coconut. Mix well. Add crushed vanilla Wafers. (Add a little milk if too thick.) In a tube pan, Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turn oven to 250 degrees and bake another hour.
