  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 8 oz. coconut
  • 1 sm box vanilla wafers
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecans

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well. Add pecans & Coconut. Mix well. Add crushed vanilla Wafers. (Add a little milk if too thick.) In a tube pan, Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turn oven to 250 degrees and bake another hour.
