Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 pkg. noodles
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 regular size can tomato soup
- 1 block grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion with salt, pepper and oregano. Boil noodles in pot with salt and butter.

2Drain when able to cut through noodles.

3Stir in sour cream.

4Place in bottom of casserole dish.

5Place drained meat mixture on top of noodles.

6Add 1/2 cheese.

7Top cheese with tomato soup (straight from the can).

8Fill soup can 1/2 full with water.

9Make small holes with knife in top of casserole.

10Pour in water.

11Add remaining cheese.
-
12Cook in 325° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
