- 1 lb. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium cauliflower, separated (4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. sliced green onions and tops
- 2 c. beef broth
- 3 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Brown meat in oleo for 5 minutes.

2Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic.

3Stir lightly to coat with soy sauce.

4Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

5Blend cornstarch, sugar and broth.

6Add to meat mixture with green onions.

7Cook, stirring constantly, until heated and thickened.

8Serve over rice.
