• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 2 Tbsp. milk
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
• 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
