  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (14 ounce) can enchilada sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
  • 8 ounces salsa (1/2 jar)
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 low-carb flour tortillas
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Cook ground beef and onions until done.

    Add all the remaining ingredients except tortillas and grated cheese.

    Mix well.

    Put 1/2 layer of meat sauce in baking dish, top with 2 tortillas and 1/2 cup of the grated cheese.

    Repeat, ending with grated cheese on top.

    Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
