  • 8 tortilla wraps
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 packages shredded cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup white rice
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can black beans

    In a medium skillet brown the meat

    Bring water to a boil for rice

    Cut tortilla wraps in half and place on wax cookie sheet
  4. 4
    Layer with meat then beans and top with cheese
  5. 5
    Roll tortillas up and place on cookie sheet and repeat until all wraps are done; top with more shredded cheese

    Bake at 350F for 20mins and serve
