- 3 1/3 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 2 c. freshly cooked or canned pumpkin
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients well in one bowl.

2Combine wet ingredients in separate large bowl.

3Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients, mixing well.

4Grease 2 loaf pans and line bottom with wax paper.

5Divide mix in pans.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.

8(This freezes well and makes good muffins, too!)
