  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt (such as Maldon)
