- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. beef roast
- water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- broth from roast
Directions

1Put beef roast in roaster; cover with water.

2Bake until tender.

3Pour off broth and refrigerate until grease separates. Throw away grease.

4As roast cools, shred with a fork, disposing of any fat or bone.

5(This may be done 2 or 3 days ahead.)

6To shredded beef, add clear broth, mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix and mix well.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour or a little longer (I use a crock-pot).
