- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (6 ounce) can no-added-salt tomato paste
- 34 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- black pepper
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon basil
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt.

3Brown ground beef with mushrooms, onion and garlic.
