- 2 c. cooked beef roast (leftover), shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Put beef roast and onion in pot and cover with water.

2Cook until onion is done.

3Add sage, salt and black pepper.

4In a pint jar, mix flour and water.

5Shake to mix good so you won't have lumps, in thickening.

6While water in beef is slowly boiling, pour in flour mixture until it starts to thicken.

7Take off heat.
