- 2 c. beef broth
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Thicken 2 cups beef broth by mixing well flour and 1/2 cup cold broth, or lukewarm (not hot); flour will lump, stir well. Pour in broth when it boils.

2Add chopped onions.

3Cook about 3 minutes.

4Add beef.

5If gravy is too thick, add more broth.

6Cook 5 minutes.

7Pour in baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 400°.
