- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar

- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 lb. sliced meat
Directions

1Mix in a plastic bag; seal and put into refrigerator.

2Next day, mix again.

3Following day, mix and leave bag open in refrigerator.

4The next day, spread out on cookie sheets and put into oven.

5For electric ovens, cook on warm approximately 12 hours.

6For gas ovens, leave in oven with just pilot light for approximately 24 hours.
