  • 1 1/2 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 C soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Directions

    Trim fat from meat into thin strips cutting lengthwise with grain. Combine other ingred. and toss meat into marinade.

    Place over wire racks in oven keeping seperated. Bake 150 degrees 10 to 12 hours.
