- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. hickory smoke-flavored salt
Directions

1Cut meat into thin slices.

2Combine all ingredients except meat.

4Add meat and let stand for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

5Place in dehydrator for 6 to 8 hours or can be done in conventional oven by arranging strips on oven racks.
